Android Developer (m/f/d)

Our client is a leading global provider in the transportation sector for end-to-end communication solutions. The company is looking for an ambitious and experienced Android Developer to join their evergrowing technical team. With offices worldwide and close to 400 professionals focused on providing solutions in mission critical networks, there will be plenty of opportunity to grow and excel in this rewarding role:

As an Android Developer, you will play a key role in the development of mission-critical communication systems utilizing VoIP and 5G technologies. You will be responsible for creating concepts, designing solution architectures, and implementing robust Android applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end mission-critical communication solutions systems using VoIP and 5G technologies
• Create concepts and solution architectures in response to tenders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives
• Work collaboratively as part of a motivated team dedicated to providing an exceptional user experience
• Conduct quality assurance activities to identify and address any issues or bugs in the Android applications
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mobile Computing, or a related field
• Proficiency in telecommunications protocols such as SIP, with experience in real-time low-level protocols and network technologies
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in native Android app development
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Familiarity with modern development practices such as clean code principles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration
• Excellent communication skills in English
