Job Description

  • Succession planning: deploy and monitor internal succession plan to secure all business & support critical positions within the company
  • Talent acquisition & company attraction: Deploy a pool of external qualified candidates that one can track, trace, chase and assess
  • Recruitment & Selection: autonomy and efficacy in recruitment, assessment and selection methods
  • Managing one direct report that handles payroll processes and supports HR policies
  • Performance dialogue: initiate and monitor a qualitative and efficient annual appraisal process
  • Talent retention: be aware, proactive and sensitive to company talent
  • Employer branding: Perpetual actions in order to offer the "best employer & attractive company" image communication
  • HC reporting and FTEs monthly evolution
  • Deploy the personnel cost planning process
  • Monitor, act and react on salary cost and FTEs deviation
  • Advice MD and Board Directors on HR cost simulation in order for them to take deployment decision
  • Think, analyze, update the compensation & benefits plan for the entire population
  • Continuous improvement of global personnel data accuracy
  • Mastering variable system in alignment with business targets
  • Organisational Forecast: having a clear picture of the entire organization and adapt the organisational structure (job analysis, orgs) according to business demand
  • Perform legal & social controls punctually assessing and reducing any company risks
  • Acting within the labour regulations and compliant with all working councils and "social partner" duties
  • Instruct litigations cases in cooperation with company lawyers being concise, precise and creative

The Successful Applicant

  • At least Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years working hands-on with general HR, out of 5 years in a managerial position
  • Hands on & easy practice on HRIS systems, reporting tools and good excel commands
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Hands-on mentality and a problem-solving attitude
  • Willingness to travel & openness to take leadership role

What's on Offer

This position will be compensated with a gross annual fee of min. 65,000 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness for over payment. On top there is a bonus component as well as a company car within the package.
