Data Scientist (Digitalization of Workspace & Collaboration)

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Work as an integral part of the Artificial Intelligence in Operations virtual team with a strong focus on the use case of measuring and improving the overall workspace user experience
• Focusing on enhancing the overall user experience within the workspace, you'll collaborate closely with the Workspace & Collaboration product teams. This involves developing novel concepts, models, and solutions, leveraging cutting-edge data science frameworks to elevate our product's User Experience
• You oversee the entire model lifecycle, spanning from development and training to operationalization. As a catalyst in interdisciplinary teams, you'll drive the creation of innovative solutions
• In conjunction with the AIOps team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and overseeing the global management of your models
• Liaise with stakeholders (such as workers council or data privacy officers) to secure necessary approvals prior to data collection or analysis

Main Requirements:

• Academic background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, natural sciences, or information technology, with a specialization in data-driven applications
• Demonstrated professional experience in developing intricate data science software solutions, preferably for cloud-based applications
• Knowledge in machine learning using Python, R, and database management
• Proven expertise in crafting solutions with cloud technology, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Sound understanding of predictive maintenance, sensor technologies, and analytics for processing sensor/time-series data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, highlighting your effectiveness as a team player
