Hardware Engineer m/f/d

Your responsibilities:

• Streamline the schematic design process for electronic assemblies in control technology/computing platforms to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Enhance the simulation capabilities for electrical circuits to accurately predict their behavior and performance
• Improve the hardware commissioning process to ensure smooth and successful implementation of electronic assemblies
• Provide comprehensive support in designing PCB layouts or designs that meet electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements to minimize interference and ensure compliance
• Foster close collaboration with FPGA- and embedded software teams to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Enhance the prototype construction process to expedite the development and testing of electronic assemblies

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics, industrial electronics, or a comparable education
• Excellent skills in C/C++ for hardware programming
• Profound knowledge in FPGA design (Vivado etc.)
• Sufficient knowledge in the field of printed circuit board technology
• Knowledge of industrial network technologies and protocols (Ethernet, Profinet, EtherCAT) is advantageous
• Experience in hardware development
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a customer-oriented and precise work approach
• Fluent in English language skills
