• Developing concepts, drafting global frameworks and coordinating international HR projects with focus on strategy, culture, leadership and engagement
• Supporting organisation and people to anticipate challenges and adapt to change
• Preparing decision papers for Top Management and organising international meetings
• Cooperating with various international stakeholders and supporting best-practise exchange across countries
• Conducting and consolidating global queries and KPIs
• Accompanying action taking and monitoring progress globally

My qualifications

• Completed studies in the area of (social) economics or similar
• Relevant work experience in international HR projects, ideally abroad
• Advanced project management skills, personnel development and/or diversity & inclusion knowledge beneficial
• Native English skills 
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking combined with conceptual competence
• Self-driven, resilient and reliably delivering in a dynamic environment

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from € 51,000,- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
