Your Main Responsibilities:

• Establishing and defining a forward-looking and horizon-scanning process for the product families within the segment. This includes identifying the tools and methodologies to be employed in this process
• Conducting regular Innovation & Foresight workshops with the product teams. Collaborating closely with the product teams, you will delineate the innovations and changes to pursue. While the product teams typically focus on near-term innovations (horizon 1-2), this role will emphasize changes in horizon 2-3 (5-10 years) in conjunction with the product families
• Monitoring, analyzing, and assessing market trends
• Assisting the product teams in defining and implementing new digital capabilities based on technologies and needs identified in the foresight process, utilizing internal established process for managing the development of new digital capabilities
• Cultivating an atmosphere of innovation within the organization's 'Digitalization of Workspace & Collaboration' domain
• Serving as the representative for 'Workspace & Collaboration' in the 'Innovation & Scouting' Community of Practice. You will present findings in the community as well as to the Leadership Team, establish and nurture networks, and acquire ideas/projects from within the organization
• Strategizing the process for transitioning innovation projects into new services, and playing a pivotal role in the general strategy development for innovation management. This encompasses defining strategic areas of focus and operationalizing them. Additionally, you will provide input to the IS Strategy, update internal processes and approaches for innovation management, and refresh the innovation management portfolio

Main Requirements:

• Possessing strategic vision, with the ability to discern the forces reshaping our world and leveraging this potential in a business context. You have demonstrated this capability in past entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial environments related to digital technologies
• Demonstrating a keen interest in the technologies driving the Future of Workspace & Collaboration, and a strong willingness to delve deeper into them and apply them at the company
• Proficiency in Foresight and Scouting, and familiarity with the Horizons of Growth. You can lead product teams in foresight workshops
• Being adept at navigating abstract concepts, while also possessing the ability to formulate, advocate, and execute tangible projects that deliver tangible value for the company´s business units
• Grasping the fundamentals of product development, and possessing knowledge of common product development methodologies, such as agile or rapid prototyping
• Being a people-oriented individual and a collaborative team player, enabling you to work harmoniously and forge networks with colleagues, customers, and vendors on a global scale
• Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in your work, and exhibiting resilience in the face of obstacles and opposition in order to achieve results
