We are looking for a motivated individual to lead the main business in the area of High Precision Systems (HPS) at our Munich location. You will take on personnel responsibility for the members of the department and manage selected projects in the area of antennas & structures.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee key projects in top-tier space programs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assume project-related leadership responsibilities
- Customer interface: conducting negotiations, reporting, etc.
- Coordination of internal teams and executives
- Subcontractor management
- Monitoring of project progress
- Risk management and assessment
- Cost estimation and budget control
- Resource planning
- Moderation of meetings
- Conflict management
- Creation of marketing materials and management documentation
- Conducting presentations, both internally and externally
Your Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in space programs
- At least 4 years of experience in project management
- Technical or engineering background
- Familiarity with ECSS standards
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Good German language skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent soft skills
- Team player
- Passion for tackling extreme challenges in space technology
