We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project/Process Engineer – a position where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier automotive brands and contribute to the evolution of the automotive landscape.

Our client is a well-known international company that is a key partner of the world's most prestigious car manufacturers. The foundation of the company's success is its top know-how and a superb, dedicated team of employees.

To expand and strengthen this team located in Bratislava, we are looking for a new colleague for our client.

Position Responsibilities:

  • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring not only adherence to strict quality standards but also the successful implementation of process improvements
  • Engage directly with engineers, designers, and teams from top automotive brands to realize project objectives
  • Play an integral role in the refinement of processes for enhanced efficiency and optimization
  • Conduct meticulous inspections of automotive components to ensure compliance with exacting tolerances
  • Quality Control, industrialization and optimalization of the project
  • Actively monitor and manage project timelines, tasks, and progression

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in project management, adept at bringing complex projects to successful conclusion.
  • Strong skills in quality control and assurance.
  • Expertise in the industrialization and optimization of projects.
  • Collaborative team member with high motivation and a methodical work ethic.
  • Committed to delivering superior results, with a reliable and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexible in methodology, with empathic communication and a proactive attitude.
  • Deep understanding of composite materials, resins, and their manufacturing processes, including knowledge of curing processes.
  • Previous exposure to composite fabrication or similar fields.
  • Capable of interpreting engineering drawings and specifications with precision.
  • Excellent communicator, with adept negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable about Automotive standards VDA 6.2, 6.3 ispreffered.

Qualifications:

  • Strong track record of structured, result-oriented project management.
  • Demonstrated innovative, creative, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and knowledge in composite materials and manufacturing processes are essential.
  • Prior experience in composite fabrication or related technical fields.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for negotiation and problem resolution.
  • Familiarity with Automotive standards VDA 6.2, 6.3 is preferred
  • Fluent knowledge of English / German (additionally to Slovak/Czech)
  • Flexibility to travel
