Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
  • University Degree in Safety and Security Management, Economic Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Professional knowledge of safety and security
  • Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
  • Ability to distill complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
  • Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

Your contribution will be

  • Establishing a centralised, cross-location and cross-country safety and security management system
  • Creating organisation-wide safety and security guidelines
  • Planning safety and security prevention activities
  • Developing further the organisational travel management
  • Creating and conducting internal trainings on safety, security and travel management
  • Managing insurance relations and handling policies contracted by the FOUR PAWS Headquarters
  • Monitoring, evaluating and optimising operational processes and workflows at FOUR PAWS

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
