Sales Representative

Job description:

• Performs sales and marketing activities throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia
• Daily contacts with customers, designers, investors and other persons essential for successful sales in the sales area
• Monitors the state of open receivables and customer credit limits and takes measures for collection
• Negotiates sales terms with customers
• Obtains collection insurance instruments from customers
• Organizes presentations and trainings in the sales area Cooperates with the finance and administration department
• Regularly and accurately sends reports to the Sales and Marketing Director

Responsible for:

• Sales results
• Concluding contracts with customers
• Timely forwarding of information important for sales
• Collection of sold goods and checking the creditworthiness of customers
• Creation of daily, weekly, monthly sales reports

The ideal candidate should possess:

• VI or VII degree of professional qualification (economics, architecture, construction)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same jobs (experience in the construction industry is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of the construction material market in the sales area
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting
• Communicative
• Organization and precision
• Knowledge of the English language
• Computer skills (MS Office)
Flexibility in working hours and travel
• Organized work with a large number of people - teamwork
• Ability to quickly learn and acquire new knowledge and quickly adapt to changes
• Category B driver's license
