For the Slovak market with the office in Bratislava we are looking for a Branch Manager with strong leadership and business development skills.
In this key role, the Branch Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s local growth strategy, leading and developing the team, optimizing operations, and expanding the client base through your industry network.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in the construction industry - ideally in dehumidification and restoration of fire, water, or mold damage
- Solid experience in sales, P&L management and balance sheet responsibility
- Strong network within the construction and/or insurance sector
- Hands-on leadership experience in managing teams in a construction-related environment
- Fluency in Slovak, German or English
- Used to working independently and taking full responsibility for outcomes
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented personality
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows across Slovak branches - from first customer contact to invoice payment - aligning with best practices from headquarter in Vienna and adapting to local market needs.
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for Slovakia, driving both organic and inorganic expansion aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Establish clear structures, roles, and responsibilities to improve operational efficiency and lead the local team, fostering a motivated group aligned with strategic objectives.
- Define, track, and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously optimize the business model and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Take full responsibility for the local P&L and balance sheet, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic objectives and operational targets.
- Act as the main driver of business development by strengthening existing customer relationships, acquiring key accounts at decision-maker level, and expanding a strong network within construction, real estate, insurance, and related sectors.
- Collaborate closely with management and marketing teams to develop and execute a tailored local marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in relevant areas such as fire, mold, and water damage restoration as well as installation services. Conduct competitor analyses to support strategic positioning and market success.
