Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose machinery and equipment to detect faulty components and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently while adhering to performance and safety standards.
• Accurately estimate repair costs, order necessary parts, and maintain proper job documentation, including technical reports.
• Work closely with the Service department and customers to resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by offering high-quality service and support.
• Actively promote and sell spare parts and services during customer visits.
• Stay up to date with the latest heavy equipment technologies and industry advancements.
• Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, with knowledge of electric/electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong mathematical skills, including a solid understanding of fractions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as work orders, diagrams, sketches, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and precision instruments.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and sales skills.
• Physically capable of performing tasks that involve repetitive reaching, stretching, lifting, and twisting.
• Willingness to travel extensively by car
• Open to employment contracts with a legal entity abroad

Qualifications:
