Industrial Process Engineer / MTM Specialist

You will shape how people, materials, and processes work together in a high-tech logistics environment and will be a driving force behind continuous process improvement, combining analytical precision with a deep understanding of industrial engineering principles. Your Responsibilities:- Design and improve workflows for efficiency, safety, and ergonomics in the logistics and distribution center.
- Create and maintain detailed work instructions using MTM (Methods-Time Measurment) or REFA methodology.
- Lead time studies and define time standards to support capacity and personnel planning.
- Drive process improvement projects and implement best practices across operations.
- Support preparation and evaluation of technical tender documentation.
- Collaborate internationally and participate in training and coordination in Germany.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering — or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics or a similar role, ideally within an automated production setting.
- MTM or REFA certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, creative mindset with a drive for improvement.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Germany for onboarding and knowledge transfer. What We Offer

Before launch, you will take part in several months of training in Germany to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the processes behind BMW’s global success.
