The Production Technician is a key role in industrial manufacturing, positioned between production, engineering, and quality management. This role combines technical expertise with process-oriented thinking to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate new technologies and processes into production
- Ensure quality and process control
- Optimize equipment utilization and improve machine performance
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams
Requirements
- Completed technical training in production technology, mechanical engineering, mechanics, or similar fields
- Experience with ERP systems
- Analytical thinking and strong process understanding
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Solution-oriented and innovative mindset
- Interest in sustainable production
- Language skills: German B2 and/or English B2
