Logistics Program Planner

We are hiring an experienced Logistics Program Planner who will be responsible for translating yearly and monthy production forecasts into actionable daily packaging and shipment plans. What can you expects:- Evaluate and agree upon yearly, monthly, and daily production volumes for all car and motorcycle programs.
- Break down high-level volumes into detailed daily lot structures and align them with corresponding shipment plans.
- Analyze and optimize all programs to achieve the most cost-efficient operational approach while guaranteeing on-time delivery to foreign plants.
- Lead the alignment process with other international packaging plants and foreign assembly plants to harmonize the total program and minimize costs.
- Evaluate the feasibility and assess the financial impact of all proposed programs on the packaging operations and involved plants.
- Lead and support the transition from current planning systems to new automated program planning tools and databases.
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least three years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in a similar planning or coordination role.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management modules and other databases like Tableau is required.
- A high level of analytical skills and proficiency with problem-solving methods.

Before launch, you will take part in several months of training in Germany to gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the processes behind BMW’s global success.
