Our client is an established international technology group expanding its SAP service portfolio in Southeast Europe. Due to the company’s continued growth, we are searching for a commercially driven SAP Practice Director to build and grow operations in Serbia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand SAP service operations in Serbia
- Drive business development and acquisition of new SAP projects
- Build, mentor, and manage a local consulting & delivery team
- Oversee delivery quality, project performance, and customer satisfaction
- Strengthen partnerships and support go‑to‑market activities
- Manage budgeting, profitability, and operational performance
Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in SAP consulting, sales, or delivery leadership
- Hands‑on commercial mindset with proven success in growing SAP business
- Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to win new projects
- Experience building and leading high‑performing teams
- Solid understanding of SAP ecosystems (ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud)
- Fluent in English; Serbian language an advantage
