Our client, very successful multinational company, global leader in Machinery Manufacturing and one of the most desirable employer, is looking for Technical Sales Support Engineer (Skopje/North Macedonia). We are looking for a specialist in technical sales area to support local sales team, but also to be adviser to customers. Your skills and abilities:

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the machinery manufacturing industry
  • Experience in a technical sales role is a plus
  • Fluent English speaker (B1/B2)
  • Knowledge of the SAP
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work under stress
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Readiness to travel with overnight stay

Your duties and responsibilities: T

  • echnical and commercial clarification of customer inquiries, orders and other needs
  • Offer tracking and customer consulting
  • Technical preparation of the necessary material requirements for repair requests and new machine projects
  • Customer care and advice (technical support) by telephone as well as personally on site
  • Technical/commercial support for field staff, service technicians, sales/site account managers, customer logistics staff (order processing), assistance in entering quotations/orders in the SAP system
  • Active support of the other departments in large projects and special applications
  • Tracking of delivery dates in coordination with Customer Logistic Team
  • Clarification of open invoice items with customers (in agreement with internal accounting/controlling)
  • Communication with the customer and FSE division management during the planning and coordination of personnel assignments at the customer
  • Market observation and reporting of competitor activities and pricing levels
