The controls are very easy to understand, usually basketball stars just moving, jumping, and shooting. But actually using them effectively in real matches is much harder than expected. Timing becomes everything, and small mistakes are punished immediately. There are no complicated systems to rely on, so pure skill matters more. This makes the game easy to start but hard to master.
