Forget the 3-Pointers

Unlike real-world NBA strategy, there are no 3-point lines in Basketball Stars. Every standard basket counts for the same amount of points. Because long-distance shots have a much lower accuracy rate, it is statistically better to drive inside, use dash combinations, and focus on high-percentage dunks and close-range layups. basketball stars

Utilize the Defensive Dash

Defense wins championships. If an offensive player gets past you, double-tap your movement keys (A+A or D+D) to perform a high-speed dash. This allows you to quickly recover your positioning, stand directly in their path, and execute a perfectly timed steal.
