
Operational Excellence Specialist - SHELL Slovakia

We are looking for a new addition to SHELL´s Mobility Operations team for both Czech and Slovak Republics! We are looking for a person (m/f/d) with the potential to grow, who will become a key support for operations and help ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
The purpose of the role is to run activities that intend to track and improve customer experience and satisfaction, manage communication channels to retail sites and its employees, drive motivation of sales force through various competitions and available tools and promote compliance with operating processes for both countries. What awaits you is a diverse range of demanding yet exciting activities, such as:
- Supporting operational standards by regularly engaging in process reviews, compliance checks, and process descriptions
- Promoting, communicating, and coordinating the global motivation program
- Running the "Voice of Customer" program and Mystery Motorist audits - regularly analyzing results and collaborating with marketing on improvement proposals
- Supporting other departments in activities such as reviewing "Ready for customer" checklists, monitoring site visits, and reporting
- Managing budgets for competitions and other motivation tools to boost sales force and site employee engagement
- Managing and administering communication tools (file sharing, training)
- Coordinating the Territory Managers' agenda through the "call planning cycle," collecting needs from other departments, and validating them with management
- Managing regional uniform suppliers at a local level (ensuring seamless communication, ordering, deliveries, and invoicing)
What do we expect?
- A university degree is mandatory (Bc. or master's)
- We are looking for a "high potential" candidate – the position is also suitable for talented graduates or candidates with limited experience who have a desire to learn and take on responsibility
- English language at a communicative level (min. B2) for daily use; Slovak or Czech at a native speaker level
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and experience with organizing meetings or events (internal, external, local, or virtual)
- Analytical mindset for results validation and motivational schemes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Willingness to implement changes, reliability, and a focus on delivering what is important to the customer
- The position is primarily office-based (Bratislava) with an expectation of presence in the office for at least half of the working week
