To strengthen the regional team in Bratislava, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of a Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities::

As the Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator, you will become a key person responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's real estate portfolio in Slovakia.

  • Your main role will be to ensure the smooth operation of all real estate-related processes, from financial administration to strategic communication
  • You will be responsible for managing lease agreements, ensuring timely payments, and accurate invoicing.
  • Your precision will be crucial in managing data in internal systems (Tririga, GSAP), preparing materials for reporting, and creating the annual budget.
  • You will participate in negotiations with landlords, tenants, and authorities, while actively building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • This role is ideal for a personality who can combine analytical thinking with excellent communication skills.

    Your Profile:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in real-estate administration or in a similar position is a plus
  • Communicative level of English for collaboration with international teams, fluent Slovak/or Czech is a must.
  • A precise and detail-oriented personality with a sense for system and order in documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A representative and professional demeanor, with a solution-oriented and flexible approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
