<h2>m/f/d</h2></h1>You will be in charge of all technical aspects of packaging, with responsibility to design, develop and implement protective, optimized and cost-effective packaging solutions. 
<b>What You Can Expect?</b> 
<ul> 
 <li>Act as the primary technical contact and support for our external logistics provider and packaging material suppliers on all topics concerning packaging solutions.</li> 
 <li>Design and implement innovative supply and packaging concepts, using tools like CAD for simulation and conducting transport testing for global application.</li> 
 <li>Ensure the economical use of all packaging materials and aids, while defining and monitoring performance indicators to drive efficiency and reduce costs.</li> 
 <li>Develop and implement packaging strategies in close collaboration with central departments and international plants to ensure globally optimized processes are achieved.</li> 
 <li>Create clear, detailed instructions for packaging processes and support new program start-ups or runouts.</li> 
 <li>Initiate process optimizations and support tenders for packaging material suppliers to ensure continuous improvement.</li> 
</ul> <b>What We Expect:</b> 
<ul> 
 <li>A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), or equivalent experience in a related field with a focus on logistics and packaging.</li> 
 <li>At least three years of professional experience in the field of logistics / packaging.</li> 
 <li>Direct experience in the design of packaging, especially for overseas transport, is highly preferred.</li> 
 <li>Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office is required.</li> 
 <li>Experience with SAP systems, particularly the WHM module, is necessary.</li> 
 <li>A creative, self-motivated, and assertive personality, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> 
 <li>Fluent English and willingness to travel.</li>
